Line and wash (also known as "pen and wash", or "ink and wash"), allows you to enjoy watercolours freely without worrying about technical issues - in fact the messier and looser you are, the better the result! The use of pen to accentuate the shape and detail of the subject lets you be more creative with the colours. This course looks at animals because the technique is perfect for fur and feathers. - they also make excellent cards! Small charge for materials used to tutor on the day.
